MOE EDUCATION ERP
MOE Education ERP
One platform for a state ministry of education and every board and agency under it: the school register, the annual census, enrolment, examinations and certification, budget and disbursement, the education workforce, stores and infrastructure, and the public ministry website.
What the MOE Education ERP is
A state education system is run by a ministry and a family of boards and agencies: universal basic education, senior secondary, science and technical schools, Qur’anic and Islamiyyah schools, private and voluntary institutions, libraries, mass education and an education development fund. Each keeps its own records today, and the ministry sees the whole only when someone compiles it by hand.
The MOE Education ERP puts all of them on one platform without taking their autonomy away. Every school, learning centre, library and member of staff belongs to exactly one board, and each board’s director signs in to manage only that board’s estate, while the ministry sees across all of them. It follows the whole education lifecycle, from the annual school census through registration, enrolment, staffing, assessment and certification, with budget, allocation, disbursement and inspection running alongside.

Who signs in
Beside the ministry and board back office, four self-service portals put the work where it starts:
- Head teachers — enrol students, file termly enrolment returns and results, see the staff posted to the school and register examination candidates
- Teachers and officers — their own records, postings, leave and appraisal
- Parents — their children’s enrolment and results
- Students — their own records and results
See it running
The MOE Education ERP is built and running on sample data covering a ministry, its boards and their schools. We demonstrate it to ministries and boards on request, and configure the boards, zones, school types and examination structure to your state before anything goes live.
