Brilliant Esystems Limited has been delivering enterprise technology in Nigeria since 2014, and in that time we have learned a great deal that is difficult to find written down anywhere. How much a hybrid cloud actually costs when grid power is available for eleven hours a day. What a state revenue platform needs before it can reconcile bank collections daily. Why an ISO/IEC 27001 programme succeeds in one ministry and stalls in another. We publish because that knowledge is more useful in circulation than locked inside project files.
Everything here is written by people on delivery teams — the same architects, security leads and practice heads who sign off designs for our clients. We do not commission ghost-written thought leadership, and we do not publish anything we have not either built, operated or measured ourselves. Where an article draws on client work, figures are anonymised and presented as illustrative of typical engagements rather than as a specific customer’s numbers.
The material is organised in four streams. Articles are short and practical, usually reacting to something we have just finished. Whitepapers are longer, evidence-led and reviewed internally before release. Press releases record company milestones. Events and webinars are where we take questions in person, in Kano, Abuja, Lagos and online. If you want the whole lot in one place each month, our briefing goes out on the first Tuesday.
