DELIVERED WORK

Portfolio

Thirty-eight systems we have designed, built and put into service across banking, government revenue, transport, health, education, commerce and communications infrastructure. Each one is a working codebase, not a proposal.

What This Page Is

This is an inventory of what we have actually built. It is organised by the kind of problem each system solves rather than by the technology underneath it, because clients arrive with a problem rather than a preference for a framework.

We describe scope, architecture and integration honestly, and we stop there. You will not find a percentage improvement or a naira figure attributed to any client on this page. Where a client has agreed to act as a reference, we will arrange a call with the people who ran the project on their side, and they will tell you what changed and what it cost. That conversation is worth considerably more than a statistic we selected ourselves.

Several of these systems are multi-tenant platforms rather than one-off builds. The banking middleware runs four microfinance banks from one codebase, and the transport platform, the hotspot billing platform and the reseller platform are each built the same way. Where that is the case we say so, because it is the difference between a system that was delivered once and a system that is in continuous service.

On client names and figures

The organisations named across these pages are real clients and the systems described are real deliverables. We do not publish contract values, and we do not attribute performance figures to a named organisation on a public page. Reference calls are arranged through [email protected].

Tell us what you are trying to fix

Most of the systems on these pages began as a conversation about a process that was not working. Bring us the process rather than the specification and we will tell you honestly whether software is the answer.
