Recurring managed-service and subscription income has grown from 18% of turnover in FY2021 to 41% in FY2025. That shift is deliberate: it funds a standing engineering bench rather than a project-to-project one.

How to read this. Growth has come from three places in roughly equal measure: new public-sector platform contracts, the conversion of one-off projects into multi-year managed services, and the Lagos office opened in 2022. We have not acquired another company, and we carry no long-term debt.
